Caitly and Cindy are a mother daughter team who have always had a passion for not only baking, but baking together!  We can not wait to work with you and create something special! 

About Caitly

Caitly was an elementary school teacher and taught first grade for 5 years and always did baking as a hobby. After the birth of her first child she decided to stay at home and begin to make her baking dream a reality! After her daughter went through some tummy issues as an infant with some potential food allergies, Caitly found a particular liking to creating various vegan and dairy-free recipes.  At caici's we would love to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have!

Cindy has recently retired after 30 years of hard work and dedication to her profession and the Charlottesville community. Cindy began her love of baking as she created cakes and other desserts for her children as they grew up. Baking is a a true passion for Cindy!  She has a gift and puts her whole heart into everything she does!
